Hotel Endsleigh

Welcome to Hotel Endsleigh - a perfect escape on the edge of one of the greatest unspoilt natural areas left in England - Dartmoor.

Dating from 1810, Endsleigh was built by Georgina, Duchess of Bedford and her sons as a shooting and fishing lodge. The family owned a third of Devon at the time and decided this was the prettiest place in the county to build.

Rescued from decay in 2005, Olga Polizzi and her daughter, Alex, have turned Endsleigh into a highly acclaimed and luxuriously intimate hotel set in over 100 acres of landscaped grounds. The restaurant is open to non residents, the hotel retains a relaxed, unstuffy and informal appeal and we welcome children and dogs.
